Teeth the same day your teeth come out
An immediate denture is made before the extractions, from impressions of your existing teeth, and fitted at the same visit the teeth are removed. You walk out with a smile, not a gap.
- It also works as a bandage, protecting the sockets and helping the swelling settle.
- You will not see yourself without teeth at any point.
- Made in Woodland from your own tooth shapes and shade, so it looks like you.
What to expect over the next six months
Gums shrink as they heal, so an immediate denture loosens over the first weeks and months. Soft relines keep it snug during that time and are part of the plan.
Around six months, when the gums have settled, it is either relined permanently or replaced with your final denture.
- Everything is quoted in writing before the extractions, relines included.
- Most PPO plans contribute; CareCredit and Cherry cover the balance.

Questions people ask
Will an immediate denture fit as well as a regular one?
Not at first, because the gums change after extractions. Relines close the gap, and a final denture is made once healing is complete.
