Is a full arch right for you?
When most of the teeth in a jaw are failing, treating them one at a time stops making sense. All-on-4 and All-on-X replace the whole arch with a fixed bridge on four to six implants: teeth that stay in, brush like your own and never sit in a glass.
- Most teeth in one jaw failing, loose or gone
- A full denture you cannot eat with
- Bone loss that rules out single implants
- You want fixed teeth, not something removable

What happens
Free consult and CT scan
We measure bone in 3D, decide four or six implants per arch, and quote in writing.
Surgery day
Failing teeth out, implants in, and in most cases a temporary fixed bridge the same day. IV sedation available.
Healing and the final bridge
Three to six months later the final zirconia or acrylic bridge is fitted, matched to your face.
What All-on-4 costs in Woodland
Every full-arch case is quoted in writing at the free consultation, after the CT scan, so the number covers your jaw and not an average. Extractions, implants, the temporary bridge and the final bridge are itemised. PPO plans often contribute toward extractions and part of the prosthetic. No HMO or Medi-Cal.

All-on-4 versus All-on-X
All-on-4
A full arch of teeth fixed to four implants: two straight at the front, two angled at the back to make the most of the bone that is there.
All-on-X
The same idea with five or six implants when the CT scan shows enough bone to use them. More implants spread the chewing load and give a margin of safety if one ever fails.
Dr. Harlovjeet Singh decides between them on the scan, not on a price list, and explains why at your free consultation in Woodland.
Why fixed teeth beat a denture
- They stay in. The bridge is screwed to the implants. Nothing comes out at night, nothing needs adhesive.
- You can eat. Implants carry chewing force into the bone the way roots did. Steak, apples and corn on the cob are back.
- The bone stays. A denture sits on the gum and the jaw shrinks under it year by year. Implants keep the bone working, so the face does not collapse inward.
- One procedure. Extractions, implants and a temporary fixed bridge in one appointment, under IV sedation if you want it.
Prefer something you can still take out? See implant-retained dentures: fewer implants, lower cost, still no slipping.
What the day looks like
Morning
Sedation, then any failing teeth are removed and the implants placed in the positions planned on the scan.
Same afternoon, in most cases
A temporary fixed bridge is attached. You leave with teeth, not a gap.
Three to six months
Soft food while the implants fuse to the bone. Short check-ins at our Woodland office.
The final bridge
Zirconia or acrylic, shaped and shaded to your face, fitted and adjusted until the bite is right.
Cost, insurance and who is a candidate
Quoted per arch, in writing
The quote follows the CT scan and itemises extractions, implants, the temporary and the final bridge, so nothing appears later.
- PPO plans often contribute toward the extractions and part of the prosthetic. We check your plan and show your share.
- CareCredit and Cherry monthly plans are approved at the front desk.
- HMO plans and Medi-Cal are not accepted.
Only one or two teeth failing? Compare with the single implant cost guide.
Most adults with a failing arch qualify
Bone loss that rules out single implants often still allows All-on-4, because the angled back implants reach bone that is left. Controlled diabetes and blood thinners need planning, not exclusion. Heavy smoking raises the failure risk, and we will ask you to stop around surgery.

Questions people ask
How much does All-on-4 cost in Woodland?
It is quoted per arch, in writing, after a free CT-scan consultation. The quote itemises extractions, implants, the temporary bridge and the final bridge. PPO plans often contribute; CareCredit and Cherry monthly plans are available.
Do I really get teeth the same day?
In most cases, yes. A temporary fixed bridge is attached the same day the implants are placed. The final bridge is fitted after three to six months of healing.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-X?
The number of implants. All-on-4 uses four per arch; All-on-X uses five or six when the bone allows, which spreads the chewing load. The CT scan decides which is right for you.
Is it painful?
The procedure is done under local anesthetic with IV sedation available, so most patients remember little of it. Expect swelling and soreness for about a week, managed with the medication we give you.
How long do All-on-4 implants last?
The implants themselves are designed to last decades with normal brushing, flossing under the bridge and check-ups. The bridge is a wearing part and may need replacing or refreshing after ten to fifteen years.
Can I have All-on-4 if I already wear dentures?
Usually. Long-term denture wearers often have less bone, but the angled implants in All-on-4 are designed for exactly that. The scan will show whether four or six implants, or a graft, is the right plan.
